Shipping Policy - Kylee's Kloset

Apparel & Print-on-Demand Items
Our apparel is made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your item ships, in addition to standard shipping time. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within the U.S., depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Candles & Handmade Items
Candles and other handmade items are shipped directly by us. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking once it's on its way. If your order contains both apparel and candles, items may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet the timeframes above, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, holidays, or carrier issues outside our control. We appreciate your patience.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer; see our Return & Refund Policy for details on how this is handled.
